The tour will be confirmed on the 100% payment in advance.
The deposit can be paid by cash / check / DD and for overseas travel partner by wire transfer. Please indicate the tour cost indicate in your quotation. The planning process will begin on 10% initital deposit which is not refundable. The remaining deposit of 90% needs to be paid 45 days in advance to the tour date. When your payment transfer is done, please e-mail us as a confirmation letter with the wire transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.

07 days prior to arrival : 50% of the Tour Cost
48 Hours prior to arrival : 80% of the Tour Cost

The India Pilgrimage Tour will always try its very best solve any problem you face during your trip , but cannot be held responsible for delays or alterations in the programs or for expenses incurred, owing to domestic flights delays or cancellation , strikes , local regulations , sickness , bad weather, war , major force , political and disputes.
