Day 01- Varanasi
Arrival at Varanasi Airport or Railway station and transfer to hotel. Check in at hotel and in evening visit GANGA Aarti on the Ganges and return to hotel. Over night at Varanasi
Day 02- Varanasi City Tour
Early morning, you will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges. It is a mystical and spiritual experience as you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking holy dip in the Ganges. Later in the day a city tour is arranged covering the Vishwanath temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Temple etc.
Afternoon you will be taken for an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. The attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum.
Day 03- Varanasi – Allahabad
After breakfast transfer to Prayaga Madhaveswari is one of the 18 Shaktippethas. Visit to see the Sangam (Meeting point) of the three rivers – Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. Sangam – overlooked by the eastern ramparts of the fort, wide flood plains and muddy banks protrude towards the sacred Sangam. At the point at which the brown Ganges meets the Greenish Yamuna, pandas (priests) perch on small platforms to perform puja and assist the devout in their ritual ablutions in the shallow waters. Check in to the hotel Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04- Allahabad- Chitrakoot-Allahabad
After breakfast at hotel drive to Chitrakoot . According to Hindu Mythology Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshmana spent eleven and half years of their fourteen years of exile. Visit Ramghat, Kamadgiri, Bharat Milap, Janaki Kund, etc.and return to Allahabad. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05- Departure
After breakfast departure transfer to Airport or Railaway station.
